Responsible for performing lead hazard control activities in accordance with the Rhode Island Rules and Regulations for Lead Poisoning Prevention [R23-24.6-PB] and the EPA Renovate, Repair and Painting Final Rule that was effective as of April 22, 2010 for which Rhode Island has delegation. A lead safe remodeler/renovator is also responsible for direct on-site supervision of lead hazard control work in regulated facilities.
