PRE-NEED SALES AGENT REGISTRATION<br><br>Sell agreements, contracts, or plans at a funeral establishment requiring the payment of money in advance for the final disposition of a dead human body, or for funeral or burial services or burial merchandise, wherein the use of the personal property or the funeral or burial merchandise or the furnishing of professional services by a funeral director or embalmer is not immediately required.<br><br>REQUIREMENTS:<br>Each sales agent at a funeral home must be licensed. If the pre-need funeral contract is funded by an insurance policy, an insurance producer's license is needed.<br><br>RENEWAL: <br>Every two years<br><br>
