Persons who conduct milk fat tests of milk and cream for the purpose determining payment, for the purpose of official inspection or for the purpose of making records of dairy production, must obtain this license. Applicants must successfully complete the Milk and Cream Tester exam given by the DATCP, Division of Food Safety before being licensed.
