Requirements 1.Must be at least 18 years of age. 2.Must have a High School degree or equivalent. 3.Must have graduated from an instructor program. 4.Pass a written and practical examination. 5.Must be a licensed Cosmetologist, Nail Technologist, or Esthetician. 6.Must have worked for at least 50 weeks at 36 hours per week.
